Once you have received your Veneera™ impression kit, you can take your dental impression from the comfort of your own home using our video instructions. To make it as convenient and easy as possible for you, Veneera™ has developed a new impression process. It is much easier than the impressions you are used to from a dentist, so don't worry, you can do it! We have also set up WhatsApp support where you can ask questions and send photos of your impressions at any time. You can find more information and links in the Veneera™ impression kit.

Yes, for an additional charge of $35.00 including VAT, Veneera™ also produces products within 3 working days instead of the usual 10 working days. On all our product pages, you can simply add express production to the shopping cart next to the main product. If an order has already been placed, you can leave a message or call Veneera™ customer service to add express production to the order at a later date.

Veneera™ offers two types of guarantee.

1. Accuracy of fit

Your tailor-made products are manufactured with the greatest care. The dental veneer and the relaxation splint are not only expertly modeled, but also individually tailored to your teeth. If, contrary to expectations, the products, especially the dental veneer, do not fit reliably and precisely, please contact our customer service. Within two weeks you will receive a replacement product free of charge, which will be made for you taking the defects into account.

2. Quality

In order to offer you the best possible wearing comfort, the dental veneer is made as thin as possible and to the highest quality standards. This requires particularly careful handling. If the dental veneer accidentally breaks, you will receive a replacement veneer free of charge within the first two weeks. The prerequisite is that it did not break during cleaning or when it fell out. Taking a new impression is usually not necessary. The relaxation splint is very robust and made of extremely durable material, so a quality guarantee for this product is not necessary.

If you already have a Veneera™ Teeth-Veneer or a relaxation splint, you can reorder one of the products at any time without having to take a new impression. Veneera™ saves a digital image of your impressions. For data protection reasons, these are only saved with your order number. Simply contact our support team by email. If your impressions are older than 18 months, we recommend that you send new impressions to Veneera™ due to the fit guarantee.

The Teeth-Veneer 2.0 adapts very precisely to your teeth. It adapts to the shape of your natural teeth and can withstand almost all everyday situations.

The saliva on the teeth creates a slight negative pressure, which in turn creates suction. This keeps the dental veneer in place and there is no risk of it suddenly coming loose. Nevertheless, it can be easily attached and removed with your fingers.

Our tooth veneers are made of biocompatible synthetic resin and have a thickness of approx. 0.3 - 0.5 mm. It is very well tolerated and suitable for direct contact with the inside of the mouth. The veneer materials are regularly tested in a laboratory for their biocompatibility. The test is concluded with a topological report.

The dental veneer is tailor-made and perfectly tailored to you.

First, a plaster model is created from the dental impression you made at home using the impression kit and a video tutorial. The plaster model is then scanned and a virtual model of your dental veneer is designed on it.

Fit guarantee

Because we work with high-end technology and our employees have a high level of expertise, Veneera™ can boast a fit accuracy of over 98%.

If you are one of the 2% whose dental veneer does not fit 100%, your personal fit guarantee applies. To claim the guarantee, you must contact Veneera™ within two weeks of receiving your dental veneer.

Veneera™ simply reproduces missing teeth with the dental veneer. The affected areas are filled with additional material.

As a result, the Veneera™ dental veneer creates a complete and aesthetic set of teeth and acts as a temporary and affordable tooth replacement - all your imperfections are simply covered up so that no one will notice them.

Gaps and crooked teeth can be easily corrected with Veneera™ dental veneers by using additional material to compensate for the affected areas.

Tetth-Veneer 2.0 thus guarantees perfect dental aesthetics - all your imperfections are ideally covered and you never have to feel uncomfortable with your teeth again.

Yes, for an additional charge of €22.00 including VAT per jaw, Veneera™ also produces the Dental Veneers 2.0 with 10 teeth.

In principle, more than 10 teeth are also possible, but we advise against this because the visible area of ​​a smile is sufficiently covered with 8-10 teeth. However, if you want to cover more than 10 teeth with the Dental Veneer 2.0, we cannot guarantee that it will be comfortable to wear.

Yes, it is possible to drink anything with the Dental Veneer 2.0, but not to eat anything. We recommend soft foods such as pasta, bananas or cakes. There are also customers who eat carrots with dental veneers, but we advise against eating harder or chewier foods.

In general, the more teeth you have and the straighter they are, the better you can eat with them. For everything else, such as drinking, talking, kissing, etc., there are no restrictions.

Teeth-Veneers 2.0 are easy to clean. Rinse thoroughly with water before and after use and disinfect from time to time. Ultrasonic cleaning devices, which will soon be available from Veneera™, are the best option.

Teeth-Veneers 2.0 are slightly more resistant to discoloration than real teeth. However, heavy smoking or consumption of strongly colored foods such as coffee or turmeric can also lead to slight discoloration of the veneer over time.

The Relax-Guard is custom-made and adapts perfectly to your teeth. First, a plaster model is created based on the impressions you made at home using the impression kit and the video instructions. This creates a tailor-made night guard that is individually shaped for you.

The Relax-Guard is always made for the upper jaw, as the upper jaw is always larger than the lower jaw and therefore has a larger surface area to dampen nighttime teeth grinding. In addition, it is the lower jaw that exerts the force and presses against the upper jaw. Therefore, the relaxation splint can offer very good resistance in the upper jaw. Wearing a relaxation splint in the upper jaw is also more comfortable.

The Veneera™ Relax-Guard is made of the most modern material currently available in dental technology and therefore lasts longer than conventional dental splints. The Relax splint usually lasts up to 3 years. In the case of acute grinding, it is advisable to replace the Relax splint with a new one every 9-12 months.

Veneera GmbH has existed since January 2021. Veneera™ was originally founded in March 2020 as a GbR in Cologne/Germany. When the founders recognized the great demand and need for an aesthetic alternative to medical dentures, they began to think a little bigger to make the product and service accessible to everyone.

Initially, the first version of the dental veneers cost 590 euros per jaw. However, in order to be able to offer it as a cost-effective alternative for everyone, a new, larger and, above all, state-of-the-art dental laboratory was set up in Cologne at the beginning of 2021.

As a result, Veneera™ can now offer both veneers and other dental products for less than 200 euros.

Yes, Veneera™ is a dental laboratory equipped with the latest technology. Although we consider ourselves a cosmetic brand, we fully comply with medical standards. All of our materials are medically compliant, meaning they are biocompatible and some are even MDR* certified. In addition, our laboratory and service staff are regularly trained.
